Kandi Kid

Every Kandi Kid piece is handmade by one person. That means your order isn't sitting in a warehouse waiting to be grabbed off a shelf. It's being made for you. Production time varies by piece and current order volume. Once your piece is complete you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. Good things take time, I promise it's worth the wait.

Because nothing here is mass produced. Every single Kandi Kid piece is made by hand which means slight variations in bead placement, pattern, and finish are completely normal and expected. Your piece might be a bead off from what you see in photos. That's not a flaw, that's what makes it yours. No two Kandi Kid pieces are identical. You're not buying a copy. You're buying an original

All pieces are inspected before they leave my hands. If your piece arrived broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We'll make it right. Outside of that window or for breaks that happen after wear, all sales are final. KANDi pieces are handmade and delicate. please follow the care instructions to keep yours in the best shape possible.

Water exposure can weaken the string and affect the beadwork over time. We recommend no prolonged water exposure to maintain the quality of your piece.

Sublimation printing can vary slightly depending on the fabric and the specific blank used. Colors may appear slightly brighter or softer than on screen depending on your monitor settings. We do our best to represent colors accurately in product photos.

Custom color requests are available for select pieces. Contact us (kandi1kid11@gmail.com) to see if we can make it possible!! (extra fees may apply for custom colors that aren't on hand)

Every Kandi Kid order comes packaged with care. If you're ordering a gift and would like a personal note included just leave a note at checkout/(kandi1kid11@gmail.com)contact us with your order number and we'll make it special.

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Once your piece is complete and ready to ship you'll get a second email with your tracking number.
